2010: A Pivotal Year for California's Effort to go Green

In two new reports Greenlining highlights what the Green Assets Team sees as key to the success of a green movement.  Block by block weatherizing of homes and public/private capital directed toward local solar installations which will reduce our carbon emissions while producing economic vitally in our communities.
